so sorry i died :D i'm in HTML and CSS hell actually.

life has been keeping me booked and busy so i really haven't had time to upkeep the website or really be online save for occassional doom scrolling.

i started a new job back in march, and for the last few months i've been doing a fellowship which just wrapped up last week-ish so now i've got my weekdays back to myself. the first thing i did once i finished my classes was get back to my website revamp... by scrapping all my progress and starting over :D

that's right, baby. new layouts, new fonts, new secrets :J it's all been really exciting to work on this site again.

i won't give too much away but this new layout is a site to behold, at least in my opinion. in my previous revamps i was trying to hold onto the original site as much as possible, but i felt stuck with my elements and color scheme and everything that it wasn't fun to work on, so i decided to just start from the ground up... for real this time. it's also been great to refresh my memory on HTML and CSS during this time. use it or lose it, right?

so far, i've got the index, about, and ramblings pages basically finished, and man am i proud of how it looks. i keep going through the pages and staring in awe at my work. i'm really excited to publish the site once it's finished :P
